This bumper is a bolt on design. No welding required of any kind.
The frame mounting brackets are .250 wall press bent. The bumper will slide into your frame, and will mount to where your original stock tow hitch originally mounted. We will include mounting hardware with your new bumper.
The bumper will have a tow hitch included, but we will not be able to "rate" the bumper for towing. However, I can tell you that the bumper is likely stronger than the factory hitch is anyway.
The factory tire carrier can be used with the stock sized spare.
