This Heavy Duty bumper consists of a newly designed 1/4" fully press bent winch plate, as well as 3/16" wall wings for the ultimate in strength. It weighs in at 165lbs including the mounting crossmember. This bumper will include completely bolt-on mounting crossmember. No welding is required at all, just some minor trimming of two small firewall brackets. It allows the bumper to be 100% bolt on.
Winch bolt pattern is the typical 10x4.5" mounting pattern. We have modified our normal winch plate design and widened it for the full size Tundra. This allows most 12K winches to fit without issue.
