This Heavy Duty bumper consists of a newly designed 1/4" fully press bent winch plate, includes 3/4" D-ring shackle mounts. This bumper will include completely bolt-on mounting crossmember. No welding is required at all, just some minor trimming may be required. It allows the bumper and crossmember to be 100% bolt on.
